Mike was a fantastic agent for us. We moved to Minneapolis from out of state and he was an excellent communicator trying to understand and balance our personal with our investment needs and staying in contact on multi-unit homes that fit our desire to live in one unit and rent out the other(s). He helped us find an excellent duplex at a great price, and being a real estate investor himself, has a great network of referrals to help us complete our renovation. Mike has a great feel for how much to improve a property to create the most value for tenants or for a sale in the future. Mike has great knowledge of the neighborhoods in the greater Minneapolis area and his eye for potential issues and how to renovate them were invaluable in our live-in rental property search. He was like a mini-home inspector as we toured houses for their suitability to our needs and budget. He also was a great negotiator during our inspection period since the house needed some work, but he was able to help us get the concessions needed to fix them. Mike is a great agent, a family man and an excellent person to work with, especially if you have any interest in buying real estate as an investment. Wed recommend Mike every day of the week!
