We just completed our third transaction with Ted. Two purchases and one sale. His knowledge of the St. Pete area was extremely valuable to us. He took extra time to show us through the neighborhoods and nearby places to eat to really make us feel like St. Pete was home. He got us into a property he knew we would love, that he first saw posted in his personal Facebook feed before it was even listed. On our sale, we loved reconnecting with Ted after he'd sold us the home we were getting ready to sell, four years prior. He had a professional photographer take stunning photos of that drove a ton of traffic from the listing. His description really captured all of the things we loved about the place. He coached us on how to make the house "show-ready" when people came to view it. We had an over-asking (no closing costs) offer within two days of listing the home. I appreciate his no-nonsense (in representing you) but no-pressure sales approach. I don't know everything that happens behind the scenes, but I know he did some hardcore negotiating on our behalf.
