We recently used Ron to purchase our Hawaii vacation home. We are on the mainland so the thought of buying a home 2,500 miles a way was a bit daunting. We had tried a few other realtors but they really could not give us the detailed help we would need. Once we found the home we wanted Ron when out of his way to assist with our long distance transaction. He was beyond helpful and helped us with what ever we needed...even sending us videos of the home so we could see it in more detail being 2,500 miles away. When we visited the home before purchase it was just as described! When some repairs needed to be made by the owner, Ron was helpful in giving us updates as the repairs progressed. He was always available when we needed to get ahold of him and was quick to respond to all of our emails. Ron made what I thought would be a very difficult thing to do being so far away seem simple and easy. If you are looking for a good, honest and reliable realtor, I would highly recommend Ron!
