You NEED to have Shellie Sager as your realtor! She helped us sell our home when we were moving out of state. We left Florida bound for our new home, and Shellie handled everything that needed to be done to get our house sold. She did showings, open houses, met with other realtors (and prospective buyers) and gave everyone all the information necessary to make a great sale! She is a complete professional at all times and is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the selling process. She has great resources and contacts in case you need to have repairs done or are in need of a title company, just to give a couple of examples. She is also very timely with her responsiveness to anything you may ask! There is nothing she cant handle. When we eventually move back to Florida, she will definitely be our agent again!

Its hard to put into words how amazing Shellie was with our purchase of our first property. My husband and I came from out of state in Wisconsin and made the move to Florida. Shellie made it as painless as possible and I couldnt appreciate her more. She made multiple trips to different properties in different counties and made sure to help us find the right condo and the right neighborhood for us. Between the phone calls, emails, face times, she made us feel like were the only clients she was working with and always made time for me and my questions (and I promise you I had a lot). She did an amazing job handling us remotely between WI and FL. We were able close from WI and drive down and move right in.
