We discovered Vickie through a mailed marketing campaign her office sent regarding the real estate inventory in our neighborhood. After having interviewed a couple of realtors, thinking we were going to have to settle, Vickie came over to meet us and knocked it out of the park. She was able to lead the conversation from the start, and provided us with all the information we needed, wanted, and had a plan out of the gate. After meeting Vickie we signed on to have her sell our home as well as help us broker the deal for our next home, a new build in Fishers, which we didn't even know we could do, but was awesome and I don't know how we could have done it without her (at the very least we would have overpaid without having her involved, we got a much better deal by involving Vickie).Our home sold in a day, because her team had done their research and were correct about the inventory in the original mailer, and we priced it well but to sell. However, I am confident with the top notch marketing materials Vickie provided we would have sold it quickly no matter what the circumstance of inventory.Vickie stuck it out with us through every step of both processes, and has gone above and beyond every step of the way (we closed on 9/26 and as I write this a week later, 10/3, she is still assisting us with some mechanical issues on our new build).We can't say enough good things about Vickie, she's the best!!

I cant rave enough about my experience with Vickie during the selling of our house, and purchase of our new home! This is my second time working with her, as she also assisted in the purchase of my first home three years ago. As if buying and selling a home isnt stressful enough, we were also getting married two weeks after our closing date! Vickie made the process seamless. She worked around our schedules and always found a way to make our showings happen. She keeps you informed throughout the process of what to expect and reminders to keep the process running smoothly and on time. She puts her personal touch into each and every client and goes above and beyond in remembering the little things in big ways. I dont know how she does it all! I will continue to always use her for future business and refer anyone looking for an amazing realtor!
