My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with the Friedman Realty - Ted and Lana Friedman for the past ten years or so. We are Canadians and could not make much use of our beautiful home in Trilogy at Vistancia. Over the years theyve helped rent our home on part time basis with unwavering service and vetting the potential Tenants. Up until December 2021. We never had any issues with our Tenants because Ted and Lana as well as Renee quick were so professional, very pleasant with clients and providing excellent service to keep their them happy. SERVICE was their number one priority. They became like family to us. They even helped find us plumbers to landscape guys and looked after our home at no extra cost. We are very thankful to them. Heres the fascinating part... We decided to list our home in November 2020, The COVID year. They advised us to list our home for the highest dollar after studying the comparables. We were a little sceptical with their suggested listing price. But we agreed upon their insistence because they are the Pioneer Agents of Trilogy community. They know the Trilogy market incredibly well. To our amazement Ted, Lana and Renee worked so hard and our home was SOLD in three days OVER the asking price with two backup offers!! We couldnt travel to Phoenix due to the COVID travel restrictions but these guys looked after everything including the sale of our furniture!!! We thank them a millionfold. So folks if you need to buy or sale your home, look no further because we have a very dedicated, hard working professionals at FRIEDMEN REALTY ASSOCIATES. THEY LIVE RIGHT IN THE COMMUNITY.
