Sam was amazing throughout my whole process. Im a very young first-time buyer and met Sam at an open house while I was casually looking. I made an offer on the house he was showing and was under contract but the appraisal was too low and the sellers were not willing to renegotiate. Sam understood my disappointment but set out to find the perfect house after that. I sent him many listings but the ones I liked the best were always what he found. While I was traveling he sent me the listing of my home. I got off the plane and met him to tour the house at 9pm on a Monday night. We made an offer the next day. When I began having issues with the title agency, Sam was calling them every 2 hours to keep them on track. Its been about 6 months since we have been working together and I cant imagine having done it with someone else. I closed on my home 3 days ago and he is still checking to make sure everything is perfect and has made it clear he will always be around if I need any help, even post-sale. Sam deserves 5 ? as a realtor and another 5? as a person.
