WOW!! Where do I start. Phillis is an amazing and wonderful Real Estate Professional by far. I have had 4 homes in my life time and have never experienced a true PROFESSIONAL who takes pride and joy in making her clients extremely satisfied and happy. Phillis Forse is an exceptional real estate agent, who is truly in love with her profession! She was recommended to us by our close friends for purchase of our primary residence over long distance. Since we were not physically present to look at properties, we were very skeptical about the whole process. We are very happy to have made the leap of faith and trust Phillis, as she turned out to be way, way more than any regular agent. She gave ample time to understand our requirements. She gave us detailed video tours of the houses we were interested in, and made sure we understood the house well enough to form an opinion about it. She has a keen eye for detail as we found from her elaborate descriptions during these video tours. She patiently listened to our concerns and offered her feedback post the tour. We found her to be honest, patient and ever willing to go that extra length to make us feel comfortable in our decision. Even though we were in different time zones, she was always available to talk, and would not hesitate to show a property or an area more than once. She is not only very resourceful, she follows up and makes sure that every team involved is on the same page and that no one ever gets a chance of dropping the ball. This is really crucial if one is buying long distance, and is caught up in a lot of things at once. She is very thoughtful and, helpful beyond the scope of her work, which made her more like a friend whom we could ask for favors, even though we are yet to meet her! Even after the closing, she made sure that we were really set with everything (utilities, repairs) before we move into the house. We truly appreciated working with someone so genuine and smart like Phillis Forse, and would absolutely recommend her to every buyer out there.
