We were moving to El Paso from Austin and knew that the house had to be made ready for sale, but we would not be able to take care of hiring contractors, taking bids, managing the end results. Our realtor in El Paso recommended Phillis. From day one she was friendly, on top of what needed to be done and had the contacts to complete the make ready.
