100% recommend working with Jody. My fiance and I bought this home amidst a very busy time and honestly I dont know if we would gone through with buying a house except for the fact that Jody was incredible. She was on top of every detail, communicated exceptionally, found creative ways to help us get a better deal, and above all else was genuinely trustworthy. Usually when I do something like this is study every detail and try to become an expert in it to make sure I get a good deal and dont make any mistakes but I felt so comfortable knowing that Jody had us covered that I was able to forget about trying to become an expert and just put my trust in Jody. Glad I did too because a short month or two later here we are in the house of our dreams without a single negative thing to say about the experience. Thank you Jody!

Jody goes ABOVE & BEYOND for her clients! She is the type of realtor that will answer every question you have before you even have it and keep communication honest & open. When I knew what house I wanted after weeks of looking, we needed to act fast because it had just hit the market and was my going to stay there long. She stayed up with me until past 11pm to get the offer written and submitted. And she never made me feel like a hassle or a burden. I got the house and I closed today. I couldn?t be happier with the service she provided and really enjoyed each interaction with her. In addition, she utilizes texts, calls, in-person, and email at appropriate times which is good because I?m a very busy person and like to have the people that are working for me to understand my needs, which she did. If you?re looking for helpful, knowledgable, hands-on realtor, I would STRONGLY recommend Jody Boelter!
