She helped us develop and refine our home requirements and based on those walked us through the places that were available within our budget. Tatsiana did not embellish or try to up-sell in order to make the sale - she is honest about the houses she shows, as well as the communication with the seller. Being out-of-state and travelling a lot for work could have made my search and purchase very difficult, but Tatsiana truly went out of her way to make my life and this transaction easier, and in every possible way. She helped me refine and prioritize my wishlist for a property, and provided information and tips for options for everything from contractors to hiking trails to restaurants. She ran transaction-related errands for me, bird-dogged the sellers/attorneys/inspectors, calmed me down when I stressed, went to showings and facetimed me, and followed up with every minute detail, and even held me accountable for my to-do list (which was REALLY helpful for me!!).
