We were new to the area AND first time home buyers, so we were looking for an agent that really knew the area and could help us along the whole process. After a bit of looking around we found Kathy O'Brien and Patrick O'Connell. While we worked mostly with Patrick, Kathy stepped in on the rare occasion that Patrick was unavailable to us. They were both such a pleasure to work with. They were professional yet approachable, down to earth yet willing to fight for us. Being new to this process, we had a lot of questions and a lot of emails flying around. Patrick was always prompt with his responses and very reliable. He would even send us check-in emails when the market was slow, just to let us know he was there and still working away to find us something. We started our hunt in the fall so it took a while to find a place due to low inventory, yet Patrick was always very patient with us. In the end we found a home that we feel lucky to have scored AND was sensitive to our budget. Although, we already miss our weekends house hunting with Patrick. :) We definitely recommend Kathy and Patrick. They are true professionals .
