Our experience with Patrick was nothing but positive! He is very knowledgable, and was always prepared when meeting him at each prospective home. This was very reassuring, as we were young, first time home buyers, and were new to the entire process! We worked with him for seven months, and through the frustrating times, and sad times (losing what we THOUGHT was our dream home), when the market was pretty quiet (to say the least), he continued to check in with us, and promised that we would soon find the one, and it all happens for a reason. Who knew the promise he made months before would finally come true when our we got our dream condo! We owe this all to Patrick, as we were both at work when he texted and emailed us the link to our dream condo, that he knew we would want to see ASAP. He was all over it! He got us an appointment after work, we put an offer in, and they accepted the offer the next morning. We were the only ones to even step foot at our place to check it out, all because of how quickly Patrick got us in there, and helped seal the deal! Choose Patrick! You won't regret it.

My family relocated to the Burlington area from outisde of Boston last Summer. I can't say enough about how helpful Kathy O'Brien was in helping our family transition into the perfect home and location for us. Most importantly, her knowledge of the buying process was extremely helpful/critical. There were a number of items the sellers had to fix before we closed on our house. Kathy took care of everything. She created a punch list, helped hire contractors, and managed the entire process to ensure that our strict timeline was able to be upheld. Being from out of State we relied heavily on her knowledge of the Burlington area. After living here for about 9 months and having the chance to explore the other towns she was spot on with the town we chose. She really takes the time to get to know her clients and does everything in her power to find them their "dream" home while staying within budget.We are also very happy with the price negotiated for our house.We would and do highly recommend Kathy O'Brien to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in VT.
