Ian Hilario, Anna Lu, and the rest of their team made my first time home buying experience amazing. We developed great communication along the way which helped me build trust in Ian and Anna. This process helped us understand what to look for and think about the long term so that we arent wasting time looking at homes that werent worth the investment. My partner and I have busy work schedules so it helped tremendously to be able to do most of our paperwork through electronic signing.
