I found Ian by chance and it was the best thing that could've happened to me. From the beginning, Ian was encouraging, motivating, and supportive. He has extensive knowledge of the entire process and provides clear direction from the initial application through closing. I found his confidence to be a pillar I could lean on during times when I felt discouraged. Ian demonstrated his character and confirmed his trustworthiness when there was an opportunity for a new build that we could've tried for. With careful thought, he encouraged me to see a few more homes and explore what was important to me. Thankfully, by him taking the time to show me the different features of each house, I found my family's new home which exceeds all expectations. I thought my dreams were still years away and was just going to start exploring next steps but, thanks to meeting Ian, my kids and I are already moving in! He's a genuine gentleman, a man of his word, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who asks.
