Christine Is amazing. I had a previous Property manager who I liked. She was sweet. but it was tough with her. A nice lady but very disorganized. I paid her for 7 months and couldnt get bids for any work that needed to be done in my condo. 7 months later.A waste of my money. We finally had to split. I called Christine Ford because I knew she was the best in Rancho. She totally stepped up. Wonderful vendors. Wonderful Painters.wonderful Plumber. Electrians. Gardeners. All in time. No nonsense. No canceling. Just great workers. . Handy men. John was the best ever for light stuff. All fantastic. All worked very hard. Did a complete remodel in 3 weeks. Christine was always one step ahead of me. I cant thank her enough. She got me fantastic applicants with great credit scores and able and willing to good fair rent and agree to take care of my condo. Unlike my last renter. Christine was wonderful . Cant say enough good things about her. Just a wonderful experience.
