I will without hesitation use Kelly Cobb and her team again if I need to be involved in another Real Estate transaction. I approached Kelly to sell a home I had been in for 27 years. She was honest and forthright in the strengths and weaknesses of my home. We worked together to make changes that would make the home more attractive to buyers. I believe those changes had a direct positive impact on the speed in which I had an offer. Time from first visit by potential buyers to a serious conversation / offer was less than 3 weeks. After the offer was accepted, we ran into a old title documentation 'snag' caused by a now-bankrupt bank. Kelly and her team, along with the closing attorney, rode herd on that problem to successful resolution. Kelly and her team of Rose Mary and Anne were in touch with me daily to keep me apprised of visits from potential buyers and the feedback they had on my house. That info was important to make tweaks, as appropriate, on how the house was presented.The electronic tools used by the team allowed me to receive and respond instantly to showing requests by text or email.My experience with the Kelly Cobb team was outstanding; I recommend them without hesitation.

Kelly and her team were spectacular! With her years of experience, she is able to bring to a stressful situation the calm, confidence, and expertise that you want to feel when going through such a large event. At the same time, you feel as though a trusted friend is advising you on important issues and decisions. Kelly, Anne and Rose Mary were invaluable at each stage of the process - from providing resources, preparing and staging the house to looking out for our financial interests in required costs. Since we had not moved in 20 years and were also downsizing, this was a tremendous job that felt manageable with Kelly and her team involved. I fully believe that we did not have the animosity that often occurs between sellers and buyers primarily due to Kelly, Anne and Rose Mary. They kept everything professional and addressed quickly any issue that might escalate.
