My husband and I recently built a home which we knew we would sell upon completion. I seriously debated using a company similar to an "assist to sell" because we knew the real estate commission would be high. On the other hand, being an investment, we needed to sell as soon as possible. We decided to use Cole because he represented us in a land purchase once before. Not only did Cole sell our home in six weeks, he sold it at a price both the buyers and sellers (us) were happy with. And I loved how he used technology to set our house apart from a saturated real estate market. He created a video that he promoted on his social media site (Facebook) and it was that video that brought us the perfect buyers. The photos he took for our MLS listing were great too! Cole is in real estate for a LIVING which makes him an educated and appropriately aggressive realtor. He is connected to this community which gives him access to tons of people moving in and out of the area. If he doesn't move houses/commercial properties, he doesn't feed his family - I respect that. I highly recommend Cole Currier. I've been on both sides of his services and appreciate his level of patience and his professional advice in the buying/selling process.

Our first experience with Cole was seven years ago as buyers. We immediately clicked. Although we weren't quite sure what we wanted for our retirement home, he showed us lots of options.
