She does not shy away from being a tough negotiator. She will look out for your best interest, whether buying or selling a home.Our selling experience: She had many open houses, pro-actively called other agents and potential buyers to bring them into our home, and followed up with prospective buyers and us after each showing. She creatively thought outside the box when marketing our home to make sure it got in front of the right potential buyers. She was upbeat and tireless in finding us a buyer with a limited buyer pool for our home.We had a very large, expensive home and extremely difficult, demanding buyers. She made sure the deal stayed together when many other agents would have passively let it go away. I can emphatically tell you that Kim represented us well and was patient with the demands placed upon her by the buyers, the buyer's real estate agent, and their equally aggressive real estate attorney.
