What can we say about working with Jason Pick, other than it was an absolute pleasure.As first time home buyers, my wife and I were uncomfortable with the whole real estate process, given the importance and magnitude of the purchase. Matt has represented me in both residential and business capacities in both Long Island and New York City. Having worked with other broker in the past, Matt's work ethnic was incomparable. In my dealing with Matt he was willing to work behind the scenes to assess my needs, visit properties beforehand, and show me listings in the right areas and at the right price points. There were also times where my expectations weren't reasonable. Matt took the time to show me properties and educate me before we began our real search. Many brokers tell you to search MLSI, give them the listing numbers you like, then arrange appointments for you (which some don't even show up for). Matt does more; he digs deeper, checks out properties on his own, and tries to find out what going on behind the scenes (why the property is being sold). Matt is also a very tough negotiator. If it's possible to get the price you need....he will make it happen. If your looking for a broker that will smile as you do all the work you can choose anyone. If you want someone who will dig deeper and be a bulldog on your behalf when it's time to negotiate then call Matt.I have referred him in the past to both family and friends.
