I bought a property with Roger in 2012. He was simply the best! My bank provided me with a pre-approved letter to then find out months later I didn't really qualify for certain loans due to my credit history. We were back to square one after a couple of months. Roger brought his A game at all times and continued searching for properties that fit my needs and buying power. He never gave up, and accommodated home visits in the evenings or weekends to meet my schedule. Always called me back within a couple of hours at the maximum. Roger has excellent customer service! He truly looks for properties based on the customers needs versus his own interest or taste. He also referred me to a mortgage broker with whom I got a lot better communication and service than with my bank. In the end, I was able to buy my current house. A house I never thought I could afford due to the repairs that needed to take place. Thanks to Roger's expertise I was able to include the budget for repairs in the loan. I would certainly recommend Roger to anyone looking for an agent.
