Our home buying journey began in April 2020. We were first time home buyers and had just begun to look at our options. We were overly cautious and guarded with our information and were reluctant to work with just anyone. We looked through a few listings on public sites and through mere chance and luck (and perhaps some divine intervention!) we got in touch with William Encinosa. He was one of the first realtor/brokers that we spoke with and we were immediately impressed by his professionalism, evident mastery of his field, and his willingness to answer all of our questions regarding the homes we saw, and the buying process as a whole. It was reassuring to meet someone so knowledgeable, and as broker, who would also be there to guide us from the search all the way through closing. He helped us narrow down the locations we would be looking through, started the search for us, and made himself available to answer any questions and to setup viewings. However, after seeing a few homes, we were still unsure about what type of property we wanted to buy. This uncertainty was of course heightened by the global pandemic, and after a couple of weeks, we decided to put our plans on hold. William graciously understood our position and never pressured us to move forward if we were not ready, instead, he reassured us that he would be there to help whenever we were. This gesture alone, after having spent weeks working for us at no cost, spoke volumes of his character and integrity. By June we realized that we could not stop thinking about one of the homes we saw and decided to reach out to William to confirm that it was available and to put in an offer. To make a long story short, after several days of back and forth, we lost out on that house to a much higher (almost ridiculous) offer. William guided us through our heartbreak and we immediately began looking at other options. In the following three days we looked through hundreds of homes and attended multiple showings, but we didnt find a property that we loved as much the house we lost out on. Then, unexpectedly, the perfect home came on the market. William got us a showing the same day it was listed and knowing that we would be competing with other offers for this home he helped us to prepare an aggressive offer that would stand out from the rest. Within two days, on June 25th, we had a signed contract, beating out other offers, and were on way to own our very first home!William made the following weeks of work, which I expected to be an arduous and frustrating process to secure our loan and close on our home, straightforward and simple. It was truly a pleasure to work with someone as hardworking, dedicated, and knowledgeable as he is. He was always a text or a call away, and he guided us through the entire buying process with ease. His work ethic and transparency always made us feel like we had THE BEST person for the job on our corner. He works relentlessly and truly embodies the get it done mentality. As our broker, he also connected us to various companies that would be helping us with all the different aspects of our loan, and everyone that he introduced us to was reputable and fairly priced. Not to mention that they all had great things to say about Willy, which is how they fondly referred to him. On July 29th, only 34 days after our offer was accepted, we signed the closing documents and got the keys to our new home. We are over the moon to finally be homeowners and feel incredibly lucky and grateful to have found William so early on, and by mere chance. I have heard home buying horror stories but our experience could not have been more pleasant and efficient, and that is all due to the hard work of William Encinosa. I had to write such a detailed review because if anyone is looking for a real estate professional to work with, and they find it hard to trust a complete stranger with your most personal information, I FEEL YOU, and all I can say is that trusting William was the best decision my husband and I made when we started this journey. I would work with him again in a heartbeat and I will be recommending him to all my friends and family.Thank you, William!
