As a first time home buyer, I was rather apprehensive about the entire process of buying a home after reading the news about the current home market. We started looking in May, but finally found a home in August that had everything we were looking for. Due to some issues with the bank processing, it took us two months to close. Adam was there throughout the entire adventure.We actually contacted a few realtors back in late April / early May just to get a feel for them. We went with Adam without a second thought compared to the other realtors we talked to. In hindsight, we really feel we hit the lottery with a realtor who knows all the ins-and-outs of the market and processes involved.Apart from Adam's extensive expertise (ask him about his background, you'll be surprised), he's really a great guy who went out of his way to make sure we found the home we have been looking for. It was like having a good friend looking out for your best interests and helping us avoid potential bad decisions and pitfalls. I really can't convey how much having someone like that helps with the stress in the process of buying a home. The most important decision you can make in buying a home is finding the right guide to navigate the waters, and you'd be hard pressed to find a better guide than Adam.I have and will continue to recommend Adam to friends and family. I would recommend Cindy Allen. Let me tell you why. I first met Cindy when I called her number listed on a for sale sign. It was late weekend afternoon and she agreed to show me the house as soon as her floor duty was completed at 5:30. The property was not what I had in mind so she carefully listened to what I wanted and persisted to get me into another home that I wanted to see. She had to work with two levels of property owners to acquire the privilege of showing the property. Once deciding to make an offer she put together a contract in the computer and used up to date technology to get signatures and complete the sale. This minimized excessive time and asset use. What impressed me more than anything was the way she handled getting the seller to agree to getting the repairs done that were revealed at the home inspection. She put together a comprehensive list that was detailed and very complete. I was so pleased that she saw the tiniest details. Then again when the repairs were done! I have to say that she worked diligently for me and the commission was not a large one on a house of $65,000. She is a trooper! So for my next home I have called Cindy to work with me again. To sum up what qualities I have found in Cindy are, Diligent worker, completes commitments, listens carefully, tells you what you need to hear, knows her territory and the history of the homes for sale, goes the extra mile to get the job done, knows how to use recent technology, and is a pleasure to be your working partner in a home purchase.
