1st met Elaine Feb, 15 while going through open houses with the thought of moving down here from MI. We went through 5 houses and 5 different realtors that Sunday. We told all basically what we were looking for, bedrooms, baths, garage, pool, etc. Next day she called us with 5 houses to look at if we had the time. We spent time with her looking and did apply for a mortgage, but was told we had to sell our MI house before we could get a house down here. We returned to MI and put our house up, Elaine kept contact during the summer/fall - send new listing that fit our requirements as they came on the market. We we returned to Cape Coral in the late fall - she was ready with houses to view. She knew exactly what we were looking for and that was all she showed us. I have already set her up with my brother later this month for him to look at housed and would recommend her to anyone that is serious about finding the house of their dreams.

I recently arrived to the area and was tired of looking and driving around. I found Elaine Veasy on Trulia and she immediately contacted me. I gave her my specifications and she worked diligently to locate my dream home. She sent me properties and took me around, then negotiated everything for me and worked so hard to get the closing done in record time of 3 days! I had worked with other realtors and nobody compares to her. She is not the typical realtor that sells and moves on, she has been with me through property registrations, getting electricity paperwork, water, even helped me registered my kids at school. All WEEKS after the sale. Still assists me with local things that I have no clue about and calls me all the time to check if everything is okay and if I need anything. DEFINITELY would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home! She is an asset to her company and all realtors should be like her, professional, dedicated and truly cares about her clients.
