Home I was told would be built for me was priced at $177K. It was the floor plan that I liked. At sit down with builder the home I would be buying was actually $175K. Thinking I was buying a house priced at $177K, I tried to negotiate for $175K. When I mentioned this offer to the builder the builder immediately agreed. If I had known the home I was buying was $175K I would have offered to buy the house at $173K. I know Kendall is a double agent (someone who works for the builder as well as the buyer) but I think she didn't even qualify as someone working for the buyer. She never informed me the home I would be buying would be different from the one being built. She made a mistake and I paid for it. Not only in principal but over the life of the mortgage. Next time would definitely go with another agent. However, home was built nicely and it is a lovely home. Can't get over the fact that I was swindled out of a good chunk of money. Otherwise, I would have left her 5 stars across the board.

Kendall was fantastic. After putting it off for years, the time had come to sell my mother's house in LaGrange. To complicate matters, my sister and I were doing it from afar. Not knowing who to use, we found Kendall on Zillow and were impressed with her statistics. Immediately, communication and response times were prompt and efficient; if Kendall was unable to reply herself, an associate always did so within hours. There was never a lag; we were never left wondering the status of anything. She knows the market and quickly provided comparables enabling us to agree readily on an initial list price. Within 2 days of signing the listing agreement, Kendall had the house ready to go with photos and possible purchasers in mind. She brought us numerous contracts and was most helpful in negotiating terms and counter-offers. We were even so lucky as to have a back up offer. We were simply in awe that she enabled the process to take place so quickly, smoothly and painlessly. I highly recommend Kendall for any real estate transaction for which you may need. Top-notch.
