We put our house on the market in July of 2018 with the intention of selling it ourselves. During that time, many realtors reached out to us trying to persuade us to sign with them for representation. We agreed to meet with Elliot from Flex, and were totally won over by Elliots calm, down-to-earth attitude, and non-pushy demeanor. We immediately signed with Flex. Elliot was wonderful to work with during the entire process of the sale of our home. He was professional, always available (and sometimes even late at night!) to answer our questions, and had our best interests in mind throughout our time working together. As we went along in the process there were some decisions we needed to make regarding price adjustments or renovations and Elliot made his professional recommendations, but always left the decision in our hands leading us to feel trust that Elliot had our best interests in mind. Elliot was simply awesome!! All through the process he was friendly, quick to respond and very professional. If he didn't know the answer to our question, he found it and got right back to us. We followed all of his recommendations and suggestions to prepare our home for sale without question. We trust him explicitly and believe him to be of high moral and ethical character. Not once did we feel like he was taking shortcuts or being misleading in any way. That was very important to us. Without reservation we have already referred two friends to Elliot for upcoming home sales next year. We've just moved out of Vermont but wouldn't hesitate a moment to ask Elliot to help us sell a home in the future.
