Jim was great from the first phone conversation I had with him to even helping after we purchased our first home. He only search properties that met my criteria. He didn't try to upsell us on something more costly. He was knowledgeable about repairs done to homes, repairs that would need to be done and would tell us if he didn't recommend a home based on the repairs done or needed. He negotiated great for us to the point where we were able to get a home we didn't think we could afford originally. But Jim got the price down, got us cash back from the seller. We didn't put any money down and walked away with a check for over $1100. The closing was simple. His recommendations for the inspector and lawyer were rock solid. Everything went smooth. After we moved in we had a slight problem with the washing machine and Jim was very helpful in reaching out to the realtor that sold the home. I would highly recommend Jim. He will do a great job for you!
