I highly recommend Jennifer. I have bought homes with two other realtors, and considered and met with a couple before choosing Jennifer to sell my home. She displayed the greatest understanding of the unique value my property had, and I think she completely nailed the pricing. My home received a full price offer in the first weekend and that is due to her listing, photos, description, and timing; it is not due to a listing price too low. Closing went off without a hitch, shes so competent and capable, as well as tech savvy. Shes a joy to work with and Im so happy with the profit on my house sale. She is quick to respond to calls, texts, or emails, and she stays on top of the process so I didnt worry about a thing. I think she also has a really great working relationship with other area realtors. I did not choose to use my other realtors again, but I WOULD use Jennifer again.
