My boyfriend and I were in a hurry to find a home in our small town. Sadly every realtor we contacted couldnt help us even with awesome credit and money down. While searching online I came across one of reeds listings, while that listing didnt work out he made us a priority to search for the perfect place. With a bit of research he was able to find us a home that same day (even though he had no idea about this area until we spoke only hours before.) we hit many snags and bumps dealing with mortgage companys along the way but he made our dream of being a home owner come true. He made buying a house so much easier and devoted so many hours in to helping us achieve our dreams. He was able to answer every question we had and took care of any problems we came across. He has our business for life (which is a very long time since we are only in our 20s) 100% recommend him ??

It's hard to know where to begin with this guy. I have always been against going with the family or the friend's realtor, as to me that just shows a connection that mostly benefits the realtor rather than me, the buyer. Reed was a guy who knocked door to door a year ago to introduce himself to the area and to offer his services, and though I wasn't ready to buy when he found our door, he periodically sent me information to read up on about home buying and would check in now and again to see if we were ready (but never bombarded us). Finally we were, and what was explained to me by others to be a grueling and difficult process was actually a ton a fun! He came to every listing very prepared and receptive to our concerns, and would give honest and realistic feedback to what we might expect in regards to a successful offer and what would be over paying. Being newbies his experience meant a lot to us, and we never once felt like he was 'up-selling' our options. We saw so many houses together, and it never diminished his preparedness, always coming to listings with paperwork and excitement. He was responsive at odd hours (sorry about that) and loved visiting the cats, as he knew they were truly going to be the ultimate customers of the new home he bought us. We made waiting for responses to our offers thrilling and dramatic, and never got discouraged because the upside was we were able to keep looking! In the end, I was actually sad to see it was over. In this day and age of keen salesmen, your neighbor's sister's cousin who happens to be a realtor, and almost TOO many sources of information to really gather your thoughts in, go with the guy who knocks on your door the old fashioned way. You can't go wrong with Reed. We now have a house we never imagined we could find in this market and didn't over pay for it, (and the seller was happy too!) I can't thank him enough for all his help and look forward to finding an excuse to bug him again someday.
