Randy was just an amazing real estate agent. He is very knowledgeable about a huge area around Manistee. He always responded to our emails and inquiries within a couple hours, and the majority of the time, within 20 minutes, even on weekends and around holidays. When looking at a house, even if he was the one listing it, he was very open and frank about any potential issues or downsides to the house. He was never just trying to sell a house, he truly was making an effort to find us exactly the house we were looking for. When we did find the house we wanted, we were ready to make an offer, but before we did he mentioned that he thought we could get it for 5% less than what we'd decided to offer, and he was right. They accepted the lower offer outright. If you're trying to decide on a real estate agent and Randy covers the area you are looking, do yourself a favor and go with him. You absolutely won't regret it.
