My wife and I have used Randy to sell our first home, buy our second, sell our second & buy our third (all within 1 year!) If youre looking for someone who is a master in their craft look no further! He is outstandingly professional and always made us a top priority. Everything from start to finish was quick and painless. Whenever we had any questions about closings or looking at new properties he was available to us, day or night. I am a factory shift worker & am only available certain hours of the day which varies every week. He catered his schedule to what worked with mine & my wife. He explained everything very thoroughly for all of our contracts, as we had to sign quite a few due to the amount of times we had successful closes on sales! Nevertheless, he always worked incredibly hard at meeting and exceeding our expectations. We will continue to use Randy for any future purchases. I would recommend him! 10/10!

My husband and I used Randy for the sale of our two homes and the purchase of our new house. My husband's house was listed for upwards of a year before Randy signed on. The second he started working on it, we had more showings than we had the whole year combined! Once that home was sold, we listed my home. Randy is very honest and easily accessible. He works all hours of the day and night to make sure you get the best service. He is not pushy or rude and listens to your concerns. I bugged the heck out of Randy and he always was prompt in answering all of my questions. If there is a problem, he works consistently until it is solved. We have no intentions of using a realtor again since Randy sold us our dream home. We will however recommend him to anyone we knowing that is buying or selling. There is no realtor that works harder than him!
