I had an awesome experience working with Carrie. I was a first time home buyer and there were so many things that I didn't know about the home buying process. This made me glad to have Carrie as my realtor because she was very helpful in answering all my questions along the way. Carrie was immediately responsive to my emails and text messages, which made everything go smoothly. Another thing I appreciated was all of the leg work that Carrie did in terms of scheduling inspectors, surveyors, etc. She had numerous contacts to choose from, so I didn't need to do any of my own research of inspectors. She was the point of contact for everything related to the home purchase. She did weekly check-ins to make sure my needs were being met.I would definitely recommend Carrie to anyone looking to purchase a home in West Michigan.

Please dont hesitate using this guy! Not only is he in top of his game, his whole team is. They're there for you every step of the way. From what I thought were mundane questions, they never made me feel like I was a bother. His assistant Carrie was amazing and quick at getting responding back to me with any questions or concerns that I had, day or night. Not to mention, Dave is very Knowledgeable in real estate. I respect how never pressured us to buy and never told us how to spend our money. That was such a huge thing for us because we don't like aggressive people. He always touched base with us as well to get the process moving because we were in the market to buy ASAP! Let me tell you, he worked hard for us! Please look no further! We will definitely refer him and continue working with him in the future!
