We hired Alyx from another state due to a job relocation. In the midst of the pandemic, we couldn't travel to MA and Alyx helped ensured it would not be an issue. Helping us through the listings, Alyx was incredibly knowledgeable about the multiple areas in the region of which we had interest. Because of her longevity in the industry, she also had first hand knowledge about many of the houses, and really helped us go through our list of must haves, and must avoids, to narrow down the search. Unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately), the inventory was fairly limited and we were under a bit of a time crunch. Upon finding "the one" - Alyx quickly scheduled a virtual tour with us, and walked us through the process of offer (which varies quite a bit from the process done in CO - for which we were accustomed). The process of negotiation, and the sale (and recommendations to the various professionals needed) was amazing. Her contacts were timely in their communication and ensured we were well cared for. Because we would not be in the state before closing, Alyx assisted with the final walkthrough and ensuring we had access when we did arrive. She followed up post-move to ensure things were in good order, and helped us resolve a few issues left by the previous owners quickly. We CANNOT recommend Alyx enough - she cares about her clients, has vast knowledge, great contacts, and is so fun to work with. The only regret we have is that we have spent all our money and can't continue to work with her to buy more (but maybe some day)!

As an out-of-state, first time home seller who is more on the nervous side, I can't speak highly enough of how amazingly helpful and reassuring it was working with Alyx to sell my home in Holyoke. She knows the market well and helped us know what to ask for. She was extremely helpful in understanding the process and timing. She connected with and worked well with my attorney and the seller's realtor. She kept track of all the details of things that needed to be done at a house 100s of miles from where I currently live, and she was on-site to make sure a lot of the work that was needed was done, as well. She is super-responsive and consummately even-keel, which I appreciated throughout the process. I never wondered "where we were" in a process or what I needed to do next, as she kept things moving and kept us informed. Also, and this is important, she is just a really nice person.
