Ann is very knowledgeable about the market and local conditions and represents the selling part of the business. She is very easy to work with and is very diplomatic as different situations present themselves. We have worked with Ann on a previous sale and would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent to list their home. She follows up on all details and keeps you informed on all aspects. Scott handles the buying side of the business and is equally knowledgeable about the market. What Scott brings to the equation that many agents do not have is his background in construction. He knows what issues are a problem when showing a house to prospective buyers and what are not problems. This is extremely helpful for new buyers. Like Ann, he follows up on everything and does not keep you in the dark. Ann and Scott are a good one two punch when you have a home to sell and you are looking to buy. We worked with them twice before when our daughter bought her first home and then sold and bought again. They are a great couple to work with and I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for an agent.

Ann and Scott were very nice to work with. They met our expectations and in the end, helped us feel as though we succeeded in both selling our home and buying another. Personally, I wish I had done some additional research on dual agency prior to going through the process because we ended up in a situation where our agent also represented the buyer of our home. I think our agent did a nice job of managing the situation although it was difficult to feel as though they had our ultimate best interests in mind throughout. I dont think this is a reflection of the agent as much as it is about the flawed nature of dual-agency. At the end of the day, it limits you (and your agents) negotiating power. If I could do it all over again (with any agent), Id strike dual agency from our agreement and not allow it.
