If you're looking for a Class A Real Estate Professional to provide top notch service, you'll want to contact Holly McKhann for your real estate needs.I've purchased 9 properties in my life, and dealt with a lot more real estate agents, and what I can say with 100% certainty is Holly McKann is by far the best real estate agent I've ever encountered by far. Holly was very aggressive on my behalf to ensure I got the property I wanted, It didn't stop with Holly getting access to the properties the day they came online, she got me Comps on a property within a couple of hours of an identified property.There was a property that came online I really wanted and we knew it would have a lot of competition for buyers, the property came online just before New Year Eve 2020, Holly was instrumental in me getting my offer submitted to the sellers on New Year Eve while everyone was out partying, Holly was pushing the sellers agent on my behalf to go under contract with me that night, she got me the property I wanted under contract late on New Year Eve, sure enough, the very next two days, the sellers got multiple offers that were much higher than my offer, but I was under contract because Holly was working at 10:30pm on New Year Eve to get me the property at a lower price before it got caught in a bidding war. I'll never know how high the price would have gone because Holly shut all that down and saved me thousands of dollars by simply being the hardest working agent I've ever encountered.It didn't stop once the house was under contract, Holly was constantly in contact with the Escrow company making sure they were as efficient as she is in the process, this was the best experience I've ever had buying a house.Additionally Holly has so many connections in the industry, she was able to provide contractors to assist with any type of rehabs you may want to do to the property, with great pricing, and experience. I apologize for the lengthy review, but it's important everyone knows how much Holly McKhann brings to the table when working to help you with your real estate needs. Holly gets a 5/5 from me.

hen I first contacted Holly it was regarding a home she had listed in an area I was interested in living. Unfortunately, the home already had backup offers. I gave her my contact information to keep an eye out. Shortly after, she called me to view homes just listed in my interested area. We made an offer and it went to escrow. Then I had to sell my home. She got a solid offer on my home within 30 days, after listing. So, I had both homes in escrow. Her representing me as a buyer and a seller. She will protect your interest in a sale or a purchase. Number one, Holly is reliable, communicates frequently, and is professional in her work ethic. She was a treat to work with. Making the process less stressful. She has a great marketing strategy if you are interested in selling. If you are a buyer, she will have every tool available to find what you are looking for. I highly recommend Holly.
