I previously had my home on the market and it did not sell. Shortly after the house went off the market, I started getting TONS of cold calls from realtors asking me about hiring the aEURoeRIGHTaEUR? realtor. Mr. Lababidi physically came to my home and left me a very professional and detailed outline regarding my homes and comps in the area, which also included recent sales. Mr. Labadibi physically came to the home and introduced himself a few days later.Mr. Labadibi went over and above to show me that he was interested enough to take time out of his day to present, show, and prove that he was RIGHT agent for me!! ( Honestly, I did interview two or three other agents, but clearly Mr. Labadibi presented the most level of professionalism, experience, and knowledge!!) Covid 19 obviously set everyone back, but during that time Mr. Lababidi checked in on us to make sure that we were safe as we are older, and that he would be available when we were comfortable to place the home back on the market. Mr. Labadidi brought the most professional team to the house to take the most stunning pictures of the house!! So much so that we had an offer within 24 hours!!!!Mr. Labadidi was honest, open, as well as confident that we would get full asking price -which we did!During the search of our new home, Mr. Lababidi always made himself available. We took the proactive stance of looking online for homes ourselves, and he always performed to make sure that we saw each property.As Mr. Lababidi got to know us, he was able to pin point homes that he knew ALL of the family would enjoy.My husband needed a big kitchen, with the walk-in food pantry. My daughter wanted more modern and a two-story home . I personally wanted a sink in the laundry room, a bedroom downstairs, and a zen like private backyard! We recently close escrow, which also ran very smooth!! Although we have yet to finalize our familys home.... I believe that we are getting close. I would recommend Mr. Mohamad Lababidi with the utmost confidence!! As an agent who not only says what hes going to do, but does it RIGHT the first time!!( side note: Mohamad catered to every need that I had business as well as personally. I am deathly Allergic to perfumes and colognes. He made sure that every person that came to my house including himself were fragrances FREE! Mohamad has a great sense of humor and easy to talk to!) Three thumbs up for Mr. Lababidi!!!
