Tommy, we cant thank you enough for all the hard work and long hours you put in with us to help us find the perfect fit for our new family! We both work full time and had a limited time to find a new home as our leases were up very quickly. Tommy not only put in the time after hours, weekends, and holidays to view multiple properties over a span of a few weeks, but with every viewing, he took notice to what we were looking for specifically, what we liked and what we didnt like, and found us the perfect home. He always responded very quickly to our questions, our requests to see properties, and really made the whole experience of home searching very enjoyable and fun. Tommy is very knowledgeable and provides excellent service. He is professional, kind, and very intelligent about real estate- he is a pro! We are very happy and excited about our move, and we couldnt have done it without him. Working with Tommy and Lisa has been FANTASTIC! Admittedly we were picky buyers combined with the fact that there is currently a very low inventory of homes on the market making this a challenging process. Tommy and Lisa were very patient with us every step of the way and never pressured us to make a decision. When we started the home buying process we were just looking for a nice home. Ultimately with their patients and guidance they actually found us our DREAM HOME!Apparently finding the home is just the beginning. We found ourselves in a situation where there were multiple offers on the home at above the asking price. To this day I don't know how he did it... However, not only was Tommy able to work his magic and secure the property for us, he was able to help us negotiate it back down to $30,000 below asking price!!!A++ for Tommy and Lisa. I highly recommend giving them a call if you are considering buying or selling a home in Ladera Ranch or the Orange County area.
