I have never taken the time to sign up for any online account for the purpose of writing a review.A A However, I felt that my experience with Cherie should be known to everyone in California who is in the market to purchase a home or looking to sell a home.A A I hired Cherie originally to find a new home to move into.A A Long story short, she found our dream home within 2 weeks of our initial meeting. She was very professional and knowledgeable and asked all the right questions to know exactly what we were looking for.A A After a couple of showings, she was dead-on with what we wanted.A A She then researched all the comps and provided a detailed analysis and we made an offer. (The research she did was amazing! No shortcuts and nothing like I'd ever seen before with previous agents.) During the negotiation process, I was extremely impressed with her highly effective, but ethical tactics.A A Unfortunately, we were not able to finish the negotiation process as I received unexpected news of our relocation out of state.A A After relocating to Washington, we decided to sell our home in California.A A Because we were pleased with her expertise finding our home to purchase, we naturally chose Cherie to list our home for sale. Remember, at this time, weve already left California and Cherie has been entrusted with the sale of our home.A A She worked her magic and staged our empty home and within the first week, we received two solid offers immediately.A A We decided to be patient and wait for additional offers to come to the table with better terms.A A Shortly thereafter, we accepted a cash offer above our initial price.A A During this entire process, I didnt need to fly back once!A A Cherie helped take care of all the repairs the home required.A A She made this transaction so seamless and without any stress; she went above and beyond all my expectations of a real estate agent.
