My family and I had the daunting task of selling my mothers home due to her passing. Lars Nordstrom was highly recommended by a colleague of mine and we could not have found a more trustful and enjoyable real estate agent to represent us. Given the inherent stress of the situation, Lars navigated us through this process with his experience, positivity, and humor. He prepared us with honest and knowledgeable market information, a variety of marketing options, and reasoning so my siblings and I could make the best possible choice. Lars was always available to answer any of our questions that arose from time to time. When it came time to prep the house for listing, Lars and his team worked hard to make our house the best it could be. His use of staging, photos, and 3d images helped create a house that anyone could see themselves living in. In the end, the house sold in less than a week! We had nine offers and sold the house for $36,000 over the asking price! The entire process took a year and a half from the time we first spoke until my siblings and I were ready to list the property and Lars was there every step of the way! I cant recommend Lars and his team enough and will always be grateful I found a gem of a real estate agent!

Janice did an amazing job helping us sell our family's home. My parents were original owners of the home and the house has been in our family since 1967, it was an emotional sale to say the least. She helped us from the very beginning coordinating and introducing us to her contacts to get the house ready for sale. Janice was very hands on during the entire process and went above and beyond what I expected an agent to do. From her suggestions, we painted the house and did some updating and brought in some professional staging. I was really impressed with the difference it made. The staging, the photography, the flyers were all beautiful and we had over 100 visitors during our open houses. We ended up with multiple offers and accepted an all cash offer at our asking price. Janice and her team continued to coordinate everything while in escrow and always answered her phone when we had questions or needed an explanation. We will recommend Janice to all our friends and family. She really went above and beyond and did it all with a smile.

Lars helped my family buy and sell our last home in Tustin, as well as helped us purchase our current home in Cowan Heights. I rarely write reviews. In fact, I can say that I typically write these as warnings to others against bad service. In this case, however, its the exact opposite. First, Lars was able to help us get our offer accepted on our new home over the 6 other offers. Throughout the process, Lars was very accommodating with our busy schedules and kept in constant communication. Then, he listed our old house, received multiple offers in one week, and sold it for more than we expected. Even to this day, we can't get rid of him (joking). It's nice to know that we weren't just transactions to him, but rather treated as friends. P.S. Sorry our dog peed on your shoes Lars. In his defense, you're a big dude.
