Lars helped my family sell our last home in Vista del Verde and also, helped us purchase our current home. I rarely write reviews. In fact, I can say that I only write these as warnings to others against bad service. However, Lars really pulled through for us. He brought us a buyer for our last home and when they couldn't close their loan at the last moment, he brought in a back-up offer the same evening. He even negotiated a higher-than-asking price. At the same time, he was able to help us lock in our offer on our new home just moments before the seller's agent received 3 other offers. We narrowly missed a bidding war and purchased our home at less-than-asking price. Throughout the process, Lars was very accommodating with our busy schedules and kept in constant communication. Even to this day, we can't get rid of him (joking). It's nice to know that we weren't just a big, fat commission check to him, but that he's still checking in with us to see how things are going. He's been out to see our boys play baseball and has even sponsored our teams. We've recommended him to our friends and will continue to do so.
