I am writing this review to say how impressed I am with Cindee & Michael's performance selling my home. From the first moment I began interviewing agents, it was clear how Cindee & Michael are different than the others I interviewed. They not only have a great marketing plan and tons of experience but they really were genuinely interested in making sure I had a pleasant experience as I looked to sell my home and make a move out of state to be closer to family. They had an exact plan for how they were going to bring my home to market. They held two open houses a few days after my home came to market and by the end of the weekend they had close to a dozen offers on my home. Even more impressive, they were able to bid the home a substantial amount over asking and well over what I imagined my home could sell for. The escrow process was smooth and successful. I would recommend Cindee & Michael to anyone looking to sell their home. They are caring, well thought out, experienced, great communicators and simply know how to get the job done. Lars helped my family sell our last home in Vista del Verde and also, helped us purchase our current home. I rarely write reviews. In fact, I can say that I only write these as warnings to others against bad service. However, Lars really pulled through for us. He brought us a buyer for our last home and when they couldn't close their loan at the last moment, he brought in a back-up offer the same evening. He even negotiated a higher-than-asking price. At the same time, he was able to help us lock in our offer on our new home just moments before the seller's agent received 3 other offers. We narrowly missed a bidding war and purchased our home at less-than-asking price. Throughout the process, Lars was very accommodating with our busy schedules and kept in constant communication. Even to this day, we can't get rid of him (joking). It's nice to know that we weren't just a big, fat commission check to him, but that he's still checking in with us to see how things are going. He's been out to see our boys play baseball and has even sponsored our teams. We've recommended him to our friends and will continue to do so.
