I have dealt with many "realtor" independent realtor, etc.... they all gave me a run around with horrible properties. I came across Grayson Adler profile on Google. Due to his review I was fascinated on the reviews and comments. I put my faith and trust in Grayson Alder. It was the best decision I made. Grayson is everything you need and want when dealing with moving. Moving can cause a lot of stress and I was so overwhelmed before I contacted Grayson. I explained to him what I was looking for in a home and he found me the perfect home as well as keeping me updated on every single step on the process on how "Renter Warehouse" works. I highly recommend for you to contact Grayson. Everything I wanted, I got down to having wood floors, budgeting and something reasonable since I'm a single woman something affordable, which is hard to find in a great area. I lived in Hialeah, Miami Lakes, NMB, Hallandale and now this is the first time I moved to Davie. The energy and surrounding is so peaceful. Yes, it will take several step to move and process so be patient because Grayson is on top of his clients. He's works great with the landlord and renter as well.. I am extremely happy and at peace. If I can put 10 stars on google for Grayson I WOULD! Thank you so much Grayson Alder for helping me and working your magic! Once I'm ready to purchase a home I will be going to Grayson!
