We bought a condo from Christian in October 2012. His knowledge of the area is unbeatable! Our budget was well under what most people would spend, but you would never have known it the way Christian treated us. He is kind, and not pushy at all. He asked questions about our needs and our desires, then suggested about 10 properties that fit our needs. We looked at 5 of them and he gave great advice as to livability, accessibility to local goods and services, and was so helpful in helping us make the best decision for us. He is a good man, and that is obvious in how he condudts business. Christian also helped guide us through the loan process and even followed up after the sale and has continued to keep in touch. I would highly recommend Christian if you are looking for any type of property in the Estes area.
