I was a potential first-time home buyer who had done plenty of online research but never initiated the home buying process. I met Liz at an open house, and she clearly explained to me at the beginning of my search how the purchasing and financing aspects of the home sale would proceed and helped guide me through each step of the home purchase process. Liz was open to suggestions, promptly made contacts with other realtors and home owners, and was honest about benefits and drawbacks of each property we visited. We looked at at least 5 properties before we found the one I bought 4 months after our first meeting. I'm grateful for her persistence in continuing to research and suggest properties to me when I began to feel like I wouldn't be able to find anything suitable.
