Josh Mimken has been guiding me through my first home buying experience and I could not have asked for anyone better. He has been so kind and patient. He has made himself available any time of day to answer my questions no matter how big or small. I can be a little abrasive and I'm a bit of a control freak. Josh was on top of everything the second I made my decision to buy. I immediately had an email in my inbox the next morning with a list of every step that needed to be taken to move forward with specific directions for each one. He had an inspector out there by the next day. He has advised me, kept me calm and realistic, and advocated for me when I felt outside parties helping with the home buying process weren't getting things done. He seems to be very professional and good at the push and pull it takes to get keep things running smoothly while spinning multiple plates. Every interaction with Josh has been warm and friendly. I appreciate that it genuinely feels like he is present when dealing with me. I'm sure there are a thousand things going on but, if you're his customer, his focus will be on just you in the moments that you need him. I have learned a lot in this process thanks to Josh and can't wait to be in my new home! I will definitely suggest him to anyone I know and would love to work with him again in the future.
