Jordan was absolutely amazing to work with. We were moving from out of state and her and her team were beyond accommodating with remote showings and filling us in on the local community. She took the time to get to know us and learn about what we were looking for, and found great options within our budget even in a crazy market. Jordan gave us great advice on making competitive offers that were still supported by the market, and always had tricks up her sleeve. She clearly knows the market in the area extremely well. Jordan was nearly always reachable and responded quickly, working into the evening and on weekends to put together offers. Once we bought our house, she had wonderful connections and recommendations for any contractors or technicians we needed. Even after we closed Jordan was so helpful in making sure we got all moved in without a hitch. We were so lucky to have found Jordan to help us find our new home and we couldn't recommend her any more highly whether you're local or relocating from another state!

Jordan is fantastic! That was obvious from our initial contact. My wife and I were interested in a vacation home that we could also use as a short term rental in Western North Carolina. She has expert level knowledge regarding investment homes/short term rentals and was able to helpus drill down areas to focus on surrounding Asheville. Our showings were remote as we are from out of state. That was not a barrier with Jordan and her team. They were able to show us homes remotely, take videos, discuss different towns/close amenities, etc. which helped us find a home we loved pretty fast. Jordan was also great when it came down to negotiations in a very competitive sellers market. She was spot on with all of her advice! Overall we are very grateful to have contacted Jordan and her team for our home purchase and would recommend her very strongly.
