After several years of doing research, my husband and I were on vacation in Florida in search of our dream home. The Wisconsin weather, was in our opinion, was not one we wanted to retire in. Since Covid led so many people to buy homes, we decided to buy a sooner than later. We saw an existing home that we wanted to view and was given the Faith Pennybaker's. Within minutes, Faith called us to schedule the appointment. That's where our story began. The existing home didn't appeal to us, but we were already interested in a spec home built by a local builder.
