Pat has been a remarkable real estate agent. He was so patient with us trying to find the right 1st home thats taken us about 3 years to actively find. He was never pushy, gave his honest opinions, did his research, and always provided us with so much knowledge. Were so grateful that Pat made himself readily available for all our questions and needs, especially when it came down to signing all the confusing documents. As first time home buyers, we had no idea what we were doing. He graciously reviewed all the documents, reached out to the sellers for confirmations or corrections and would let us know when they were good to sign. He also obtains great negotiation skills that worked in our favor. (He may be kind, but knows when to bring the heat for his clients!)
