Toni helped us purchase our first home in 2016. This year we used Toni again in 2019 to sell our old home and buy our new home. We listed September 1st, went under contract by the 3rd for a close on the 4th of October (the process was flawless, we did have to fix a couple of things like a bad water test and a small septic leak, so just remember to have a little bit of money set aside for potential problems if you plan on selling!). We looked at two houses, we were going to offer on the first one, but they had gone under contract and the other realtor hadnt marked it as such yet. On September 9th at 4pm our new home was posted I drove by and looked at it, I called Toni and told her I NEED TO SEE THIS HOUSE. Unfortunately the selling realtor took a little time to get back, and Toni had driven by and made it home by the time they had got back to her. But that didnt matter, she set scheduled it for 7pm without a care in the world. (AMAZING) We saw the house, made and offer and were under contract by 5pm on the 10th (Only because the other realtor needed more time to present the offer and we couldnt force it that night.) made a VERY quick close on the 4th of October. We signed at 11am on the 4th to sell our old home that we had previously purchased with Toni and bought our new home at 1pm. Toni was nothing but outstanding the entire time, and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a realtor use Toni.If we ever move again (not in the foreseeable future) we will use Toni for sure and you should too.
