You cannot miss with Brian. He found a perfect upgraded home in a two year old 55+ community. Homes are being built, but this one is right across from the beautiful club house and has incredible kitchen, wall coverings, and new patio cover upgrades. Our aggressive first offer was accepted as submitted after negotiations with the seller's agent because, not only does he have good negotiation skills, but he also has outstanding communications skills and was able to explain the why of the offer. While we paid full asking price we also received many seller concessions that resulted in closing costs savings and some homeowners payment savings as well. He is a lifetime resident of Sparks, Nevada and knows the Sparks and Reno communities like the "back of his hand." He knows every step needed to rapidly enter escrow which includes the completion of all forms necessary. In addition, he responded to our email, text, and mobile phone inquiries immediately.
