I can't say enough about what a great job Carolyn did for us.First of all she is a very personable agent, who really understood what we were going through and what our needs were. We felt completely comfortable and trusting of her throughout the entire process. After the walk through, we met with Carolyn, and she had seriously gone the extra mile. She took the initiative and went the extra mile to get questions answered, and explored possible scenarios so that there were no surprises down the line. Her advice was right on the mark and we were able to squeeze those few extra dollars out in the end. The transaction was completed to everyone's satisfaction and there were seriously no problems throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend talking with Carolyn about any upcoming real estate needs. We will be selling a few properties at the beginning of next year, and we have already talked to Carolyn and I trust that she would do a great job for us and for anyone else she works with.
