Let me tell you about Carolyn... She took care of me!!! My experience with this last escrow, was interesting to say the least. Purchasing from the bank is much more challenging than dealing with just a homeowner. The different obstacles, issues & hoops that arise can be enough to confuse & discourage most buyers. Each time one of these presented itself, Carolyn was calm, professional & honest. She was diligent with her findings! She gathered ALL the pertinent information for me. Anytime I had a question (Lots!), if she didn't already know the answer, she was quick to find it! She listened to all of my concerns & delivered them to the seller. She presented all information with documents very clearly & thorough to me. I specially appreciate her attention to detail. That is a skill that's rare today. In short, she's on it!!!
