I contacted Deirde Fedun about a listing I had seen for a condo in an area I liked back in October 2014. She immediately called me back to set up an appointment. With in a few days we were looking at that condo and others in the same area. Upon first meeting we liked Deirdre immediatly. She was warm, professional, honest and never pushy. We liked the first condo I called her about and she went into action contacting the sellers broker and helping us negotiate a fair offer. This is the part of our story that gets thorny and really made us happy that we had Deirdre as our broker. There was a problem with having a CO and our seller backed out. We were very disappointed but thought it for the best. We put buying a condo on the back burner for awhile. Meanwhile Deirdre never let up she kept contacting the other broker and kept tabs on the the condo. Then we got the call from her it was available again and we were back in negotiations! The process started again and after months and months of back and forth problems with lawyers and banks we finally closed last week May 6, 2015!The work Deirdre did during those months to make this closing possible was almost insurmountable. She made it happen, without her persistence we would not be in the position we're in now. She never failed to call when she had info, she was always upbeat, and she made us move quickly when we needed to! It was 32 years since we bought our last home and truthfully I hope this is the last time we move but we would never hesitate to recommend or use Deirdre Fedun as the exceptional real estate agent she is, in fact I have already recommended her to an acquaintance.Sincerely, Julianne & Michael Ahearn
