We can not speak highly enough of our experience with Gavin Frost. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about the process. As our Realtor, he helped us find the perfect house in a gorgeous neighborhood,!well within our budget. Patient does not even begin to describe Gavin. As he spent many hours, over several months with us on our house search. In addition, his honesty was refreshing. He took the time to caution us about making unreasonable offers when we fell quickly for overpriced homes yet never once over stepped professional boundaries.He was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Gavin was that he was always focused on answering our questions(if he did not know the answer, he would admit it and immediately find the answer), ensuring that our needs were being met with each house we viewed, and that we were comfortable. Oh, and he is one hell of a closer. Long after the ink dried and the keys to the house had been dangling from our keyrings, Gavin has continued to impress us with touching base about any questions we have regarding our home. Gavin Frost is someone we will always stay in contact with, if and whenever we decide to move again, we will definitely be listing with Gavin.We would recommend him to anyone.

My husband and I were first time home buyers when we started our search with Gavin. Neither of us had any prior knowledge in the home buying, home fixing department, and Gavin was wonderful! He was 100% patient with us through the looking process, and he was really helpful in checking some main, key components to the homes that we wouldn't have looked into much on our own. The thing I appreciated the most in working with Gavin was his prompt responsiveness and his availability to us. He answered EVERY question we had, answered and returned EVERY phone call we made to him, and made sure we understood things every step of the way. Home buying is nerve wrecking and time consuming, and Gavin was incredibly helpful to us throughout the entire process, all the way to the closing table! AND, we LOVE our new home! :)
