I used Amanda Richardson to represent the sale of my home on lake lemon due to a suggestion from neighbors who sold their home quickly. The entire duration of my contract with both Amanda and FC Tucker was awful. I would write e-mails to Amanda and never hear responses back, I would call to see if that communication would work better to find out her voice mailbox was full and I would not even be able to leave messages. I thought to myself if it is this hard for me to get a hold of her than how are people setting up appointments to view my property. In good faith I contacted FC tucker to speak to their manager about my concerns on communication, I even went as far as contacting the owner. Nothing changed. I received the same type of broken communication from the manager at FC tucker as I did Amanda herself. In true comic form when I asked to please be released from my contract after giving them almost a year of my time and business I never heard from anyone. When I called back to speak to the manager to ask where the release contract was he said Amanda was suppose to send it the day before and like the entire process I never heard from her. I have read other reviews and spoke to other people who have raved about how great Amanda was for them but unfortunately this is my story and experience that I had with her and the reality group. I wish someone would have warned me before I wasted almost a year having her represent me
