Juan helped us buy a home in Stafford in February 2014. This was by far the best home buying experience that my wife and I have had to date. We weren't so lucky with our past realtors. I will use Juan in the future and I always recommend Juan to anyone I know that is looking to buy a home or sell their home. He is the only agent that I'll work with! He genuinely cares about putting you in a house that you are 100% happy with. He was never pushy and was extremely honest. We ended up buying a house that was a short sale. Our search lasted a couple of months. We looked at a lot of homes and there were quite a few that as soon as Juan opened the door you could smell the black mold. Juan wouldn't let my wife or child go in the house. Juan asked if I still wanted to check out the house at that point. Juan was extremely helpful and was always there to answer any questions that my wife or I had.
