I called with a low level need, asking if a rental was still available. In less than 48 hours, Rebecca aEURoeBeccaaEUR? Haughian enabled, advocated, and propelled me into actually owning a property that happened to be on the same street as the rental property (which wasnt available when I called) that I inquired about! I thought aEURoeI only need a place for a few monthsaEUR?. She immediately showed me rentals the same day...giving me what I asked for. Then she went the extra mile by showing me properties for purchase the same day, put me with a lender who worked with my credit and got me an excellent rate, and sent the paperwork over to submit an offer on a property that I loved....giving me more than what I asked for! Juan was a great resource during our purchase of a beautiful, vintage 1922 farmhouse in Orange, VA. The house was listed as a short sale, which had already been through three other possible buyers. The other possible buyers had dropped out before the sale had closed due to the difficulty of working with the banks that held the sellers' first and second mortgages. Juan worked with the sellers' banks as well as our bank to make the deal go through. Juan was great at keeping all the banks on task so that our sale could be closed by the time limits for the short sale. He kept in constant contact with us about the progress of the sale by phone, email, and text. Even though our property was a ways away from Juan's office, he was available to meet us at the property whenever necessary. Overall, the experience working with Juan was spectacular. He is professional, personal, and on top of all the details. I would recommend his services to anyone in need of a real estate agent.
