Dr. Daniel Shaye is wonderful! I cannot say enough GREAT things about him. From the very beginning of the renting process, he has been honest and professional. The home I am renting from him now was clean when I arrived and the furnishings inside were very stylish. All the bells and whistles in the home (appliances, paint job, etc.) have been kept up very nicely. Ever since I arrived I haven't had to worry about a thing - he takes care of all the utilities, trash, even landscaping. I send one check and that's all. It is my first time renting from a private agent (usually I live in large apartment complexes) and because of Dr. Shaye, I see what a great difference having an agent makes. Whenever I ask him a question, he responds quickly and with a pleasant attitude. He is flexible and helpful. For instance, when I first moved in there was a carpet in the living room that I didn't want to keep (the material/smell in the rug was giving me some type of allergies). I told him about the issue and he immediately sent his wife over to take it and throw it out for me. He also offered to replace the carpet. Later, when I asked him if I was allowed to put blinds up on the porch windows, he was more than willing to accommodate me. In fact, he and his wife insisted they pay for the blinds even though I was the first tenant who's ever wanted them installed. I give him ten out of five stars and of course, would recommend him to anyone I know.
